Terms & Conditions

By registering for and/or participating in any event, match, session, clinic, tournament or activity (hereinafter the “Event”), the player and the player’s parents, guardians or caretakers (hereinafter together “You”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand that tennis and related physical activities involve inherent risks of injury, illness, and property damage. You voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to sprains, strains, heat-related issues, or collisions.

You release and hold harmless Cura Kids Tennis and the sports club where the Event takes place, including all their staff, coaches, event hosts, partners, and volunteers (hereinafter together the “Organisation”) from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may arise during or after participation in the Event and related activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

You certify that you are physically fit and able to participate in tennis activities and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. You understand it is your responsibility to notify the Organisation of any medical conditions or limitations prior to participation.

By participating in an Event or otherwise using the Organisation’s facilities, You grant permission to the Organisation to capture photographs and videos that may include your image, voice, or likeness. You understand that these materials may be used for social media and marketing content, website and promotional materials, press releases, partnerships, or branding.

Participation is only possible if the Organisation has confirmed registration and receipt of the registration fee. During an Event, all players must remain present at the sports complex. Being late for a scheduled or yet-to-be-scheduled match could result in a withdrawal or exlusion from the Event (without refund of registration fee). You agree to abide by the decisions of the Organisation, and furthermore to all other rules and regulations of the Organisation.
